Oregon sports betting revenue and handle both up in July

Total gaming revenue and handles for sports betting in Oregon increased year-over-year in July, according to the latest figures released by the Oregon Lottery.

State consumers bet $28.5 million on sports in the same month. That’s a 60.0% increase from his $18.2 million in the same month last year, but this year he’s 16.2% lower than his $34 million in June.

DraftKings also won $3.2 million on football bets with $251,804 in revenue, and tennis bets also reached $3.2 million with revenue of $215,644. Betting on other sports reached $5.6 million, generating $465,506 in earnings.

Scoreboard only handled a total wager of $349 ($20 on tennis and $329 on other sports). The only income was $20 from tennis bets, with losses of $120 on other sports bets.

By bet type, DraftKings won $21 million worth of single and teaser bets and $7.5 million worth of parlay bets. For the scoreboard, $320 of the wagers were singles and teasers, with only $29 parlay wagers processed over the course of the month.
