Consumers in New Hampshire bet $42.7m (£36.3m/€43m) on sports in July. This is his lowest monthly salary since August of last year.
July handles were 16.4% higher than July 2021’s $36.7 million, but 20.3% behind the $53.6 million players wagered in June this year, according to figures released by the New Hampshire Lottery.

In terms of revenue, total gaming revenue from sports betting in July reached $4.5 million. That’s 45.2% above his $3.1 million in the same month last year, and he’s only 6.3% below his $4.8 million in June 2021, despite the difference in handles.
Approximately $3.7 million of total gaming revenue was generated online, with $768,211 coming from retail sports betting establishments.
The New Hampshire Lottery also reported that the state could generate $2.1 million in taxes in a month from sports betting, of which $1.8 million came online and $345,695 retail.
