Game supplier International Game Technology (IGT) has signed a contract with the Michigan Lottery to provide lottery content via a remote game server (RGS).
The agreement makes Michigan the fourth US state lottery to offer a portfolio of IGT lottery content after similar agreements have been reached in Georgia, Kentucky, and Rhode Island.
Jay Gendron, Chief Operating Officer of IGT at Global Lottery, praised the agreement and said it would bring diversity to the existing lottery portfolio.
“IGT’s advanced RGS integration will provide Michigan lottery and its players with an extensive library of premium lottery content, diversifying their lottery portfolio with the well-known e-instant and omni-channel themes.” Gendron said.
