This scheme explores how industry, government, and clinical stakeholders respond to specific scenarios in which fictitious online betting customers exhibit potentially problematic gambling behavior.

An anonymous voluntary survey designed by PointsBet in collaboration with the NCPG and Massachusetts Games and Health Council will be published to attendees of the 2022 National Conference on Gambling Addiction and Responsible Gambling.

The survey will pick up three fictitious customers who exhibit potentially problematic gambling behavior, and participants will be asked to take on the role of operator and determine the best course of action for the customer.
