The NFL franchise Cincinnati Bengals, like FanDuel and Fanatics, is applying for a sports betting license in Ohio.
The team will be the fifth business to apply for an Ohio operator license, but will be the first professional sports team. Following Jack Cleveland Casino, Thistle Down Laccino, and Hall of Fame Village, this is the fourth time we have applied for approval as a Type A sports game owner that enables us to offer online products.
All three of these other businesses have applied for a Type B license. This will also enable the operation of retail betting facilities.
Elys Technology, on the other hand, has applied for a Type-C license, allowing sports betting to be operated on the licensed bar.
