MGM Resorts International has committed $25,000 in funding to LGBTQ+ entrepreneurship groups in Nevada.
The funds were issued to the Nevada Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (GLCCNV) during the Pride Month event. Beginning in 1999, June became known as Pride Month in the United States.
The fund will support GLCCNV’s efforts to provide entrepreneurship and business opportunities to members of Nevada’s LGBTQ+ community.
Jyoti Chopra, Head of Human Resources, Inclusion and Sustainability at MGM Resorts said the group was “honored” to support GLCCNV.
