Betting platform provider Playbook Engineering has appointed former Sportingtech’s Ivo Doroteia as its new CEO.
Dorothea will oversee Playbook Engineering’s operations, including plans to strengthen its service offering in the UK and expand into new markets in Latin America and the US.
He joined the business after serving as Chief Strategy Officer at iGaming Platform from May 2022 to February 2023.
Prior to this, Dorothea was CEO of both Sportingtech and Betomall. He has also held a number of senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer, at Global Lottori Corporation.
In addition, Dorothea co-founded Lottus360, a consultancy specializing in gambling.
