The California Democratic Party recommends that people in the state vote against proposals to legalize online gambling.
The party that controls the California elections, which has dominated both Houses of Representatives since 1996, has released an official list of support for a voting bill to run for the November 2022 elections.
The election will include two voting bills related to sports betting. Tribe-backed Proposal 26, entitled “California Legalizes Sports Betting on American Land Initiatives.” Only retail sports betting is allowed on tribal lands.
