888 has announced that director Randy Freer has resigned with immediate effect.
Freer was appointed in July this year as part of a series of appointments following 888’s £1.95 billion (€2.25 billion/$2.35 billion) purchase of William Hill’s non-U.S. assets from Caesars. has served as a non-executive director of 888 since.
Prior to joining 888, he was President and COO of Fox Networks Group. After that, he became CEO of the video distribution service Hulu and became a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company.
Lord Mendelsohn, Non-Executive Chairman of 888, said:

Earlier this month, 888 reported a 13% decline in revenue in its first half 2022 results.
