Under a multi-state agreement, Playtech will offer live casino and random number generator (RNG) games to the 888casino brand in many states, including New Jersey.
888casino already offers Playtech content in several regulated markets around the world, and contract expansion is focused on expanding the 888 business.

Also this month, Asia-based investment group TTB Partners announced that it would not bid on the acquisition of Playtech. The TTB said it would not proceed with the proposed transaction to “challenge the underlying market conditions.”
