Lithuania’s gambling regulator has fined Gaming Strategy Group and Tete a Tete Casino, operators of Besson-owned Betsafe in the country.
Gaming Strategy Group has been fined €25,000 (£20,982/$25,591) for violating advertising rules after distributing an online gaming newsletter to 10,430 customers.

In the case of Tete-a-Tete casino, the Gambling Supervision has fined the operator €15,000 for allowing players located outside Lithuania to gamble remotely via its website.

The latest fines come after Tete-a-Tete Casino, Olympic Casino Group Baltija and UAB Baltic Bet were fined in May for violating marketing regulations in Lithuania.
