The event – Held at Les Ambassadeurs in London – Many executives were able to discuss various topics about the gaming industry and the future of ICE London. We leveraged an “open space” model in which participants select discussion topics.

Stuart Hunter, Managing Director of Clarion Gaming, said the executives involved have a total of more than 1,000 years of experience in this area.

“On behalf of everyone involved in the ICE brand, I would like to say how vibrant it was to participate in the initiative with stakeholders with such deep knowledge and insight.” He said.

“I calculated that I had over 1,000 years of experience in the room and incorporated all ideas, opinions and suggestions into the discussion.

“This is considered the highest level of leadership and all the themes, ideas and opportunities have already been put into the final planning phase of ICE 2023. These are the product mix, customer experience and learning on the showfloor. ICE VOX, new feature initiatives, and enhanced opportunities for hosted meetings. ”

Per Jaldung, President of the European Casino Association, said responsible games, money laundering and new technologies are important points of discussion.

“Today was a really great day. Thanks to Clarion and Les A, and the industry leaders for taking the time out of our very busy schedule,” he said. “I think this shows how important the symposium was.

“All of our conversations were centered around the future of land-based casinos. What the casino looks like, what entertainment it offers, and who its customers are. It’s important to be responsible. There was a common focus on new opportunities for a seamless customer experience enhanced through certain games, money laundering prevention, technology and digitization.

“It was also great to see diversity and inclusion at the table all day long, which is seen as an important aspect of thinking about future business. All of this is ahead of the ICE industry. It’s the basic discussion needed to take advantage of the opportunities offered by ICE to move the route forward. “

Meanwhile, Tracy Damestani, Chief Executive Officer of the Ambassadeurs Group, said he was proud that Les Ambassadeurs was used as the venue for the symposium.

“It is a great honor for LesA to host the first ICEECA Summer Symposium and show our stunning heritage, one of London’s major architectural landmarks, to international guests,” she said. ..

“As for the symposium itself, I think it was an important and valuable initiative by Clarion Gaming and ECA. We discussed in detail some of the macro issues and challenges facing the casino sector. The industry’s most international business. It was important to gain an international perspective to help prepare for the ICE event. “
