In total, the court has tried proceedings on appeals from eight companies, four of which are run by the ComeOn Group: Casinostugan, ComeOn Sweden, Hajper and Snabare.

The remaining operators are Bet365, Zecure Gaming, PokerStars and Polar.

ComeOn Sweden pays a SEK 5.5 million penalty. This was reduced from SEK 6.5m during the first appeal. Hajper was ordered to pay SEK 4m.

Both Casinostugan and Zecure will each be issued a SEK 3m penalty and Polar will have to pay SEK 600,000.

The four ComeOn brands that tried to appeal the sentence were also fined a total of SEK 175m in February 2021 for violating the bonus regulations upheld in May this year.
