MGM Resorts International has partnered with MLB players, the business unit of the Major League Baseball Players Association, an organization that represents Major League Baseball (MLB) players.
As an official partner of MLB players, MGM Resorts will be able to use the player’s branding and group marketing rights in a variety of printed and digital promotions, advertising and sweepstakes in the United States, China, and Japan.
MGM Resorts will not only be a participating partner in the MLB Players House Hospitality Space in each season’s MLB All-Star Game, but will also be the official MLB Players off-season program through a program that offers benefits for staying at MGM Resorts facilities. It will be your destination.
In addition, players represented by MLB players have the opportunity to enter into individual ambassador contracts to promote MGM Resort through appearances, social media posts, autographed souvenirs, and advertising.
“This new partnership will strengthen our commitment to baseball sports in the United States and around the world,” said Lance Evans, Senior Vice President of Sports and Sponsorship at MGM Resorts. “We welcome the opportunity to host MLB players at world-class resorts and create a unique player experience for our valued MGM Rewards members.”
Evan Kaplan, Managing Director of MLB Players, said:
“MGM Resorts’ global presence also helps to strengthen the loyalty between our international baseball fan base and our players.”
