Gambling.com has appointed Michael Quartieri to its board of directors.
The Gambling.com Group Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee has recommended Quartieri for its role.
In his new role, Quartieri will serve as a member of the Audit and Nomination and Governance Committees.
Since January 2022, Quartieri has been Chief Financial Officer of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, a restaurant and entertainment company, leading the company’s supply chain organization and its accounting and financial responsibilities.
From 2015 to 2020, Quartieri was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Scientific Games.
Charles Gillespie, Chief Executive Officer of Gambling.com, commented:
“His broad business insights in business, mergers and acquisitions, international business, capital formation and investor relations will be a great asset to our board of directors.”
Quartieri said he is looking forward to joining the company during the growing season.
